per Offer Sheet compensation, you have to forfeit 4 1st round picks for Leon Draisaitl

76/5 = 15.2 - this is the AAV that is used to calculate compensation, which is 4 1st round picks (all NYR)

Because the Rangers do not have the RFA rights to Drisaitl, the term can not exceed 7 yrs. Only the Oilers can offer 8 yrs because they currently own his rights.
