Blues don’t need Woo at all a 23 year old D that would prob be on the bottom pair for the blues ahl team. Realistically, Kapanen is worth a 3rd and 4th without retention and a 2nd and 3rd with 50% retention.

I think I would take a chance on Woo. He could be a good 7D or bottom pair player for us. The only reason I wouldn't do this trade is if we need the retention slot for something else or really wanted to extend Kapanen.
