                                                Sorry if I confused you. (3-way handshake is an IT thing, so just ignore that)

                                                Offer -> acceptance -> confirmation from the one making the offer.
                                                I might make two offers and confirm another one before I see your response to my offer, so we do this to prevent accidents from time differences and such. smile
