Time will tell - What are you guessing his contract looks like? He is 34 now.

Jones won’t be back after his recent performances, zero reason to have lily on the 3rd pair so drop tanev, love the Roy add, if minten makes the team so does Cowan

Tanev can also be on the 3rd pair, instead of Lily. Having both would be great.

Not sure how Minten and Cowan are related. It's not a zero or both situaiton. Minten is 1 year older and he is bigger, and he is stronger and his game is completely different than Cowan. Cowan could very well crack this roster as well though.

Minten does have the size which helps but Cowan is doing far far better then Minten in juniors right now I do agree having both would be great

Yes Cowan is leading the OHL in points per game right now at 1.83 points per game. Which is wild, considering how much flack the Leafs got for drafting him in the first round. Minten is not a pure offensive guy though, he is a complete all around guy, which may make it easier for him to crack the Leafs.

Values are fine.

I still think Roy signs with Detroit being a Michigan boy.

And Detroit really needs a Hronek replacement at RD.

It's also still possible he re-signs with LA.
