Not sure if it was an oversight or if StatMuse is confused, but Sammy Blais is definitely top 10 in this category, if not top five.
I found it on stat muse and I think this is for the 2022-23. Blais still played a decent amount of games for the Blues last year, but I can remember if he was hitting last season like he is this season.
If you stick with the min 10 GP, Blais would be 6th this season in hips per 60 min

Think about the rebuild potential. This team would never win a game, but would be way more entertaining than the current Sharks team. Lose 2-10 but throw 100 hits a game.
