Description

what do rangers need?

firstly they need a bonified 3C that can help provide with secondary scoring but still is reasonably good defensively and decent at faceoffs.

a middle 6 right winger.

another depth forward.

secure the defense somehow, either with a more defensively responsible 7th dman to push the top 6 to perform or maybe trade miller/schneider for a defensively better dman.

Troch has 6 goals so far this year. Make him the true 1C. Let Mika figure things out as a 2C.

Troch is the least of our problems, his contract is good, might be bad in the last one or two years but for the most part it's a really good deal.

not saying he hasn't. my only point is that the team is so cap strapped and they all have NMC to the point where you can't fix any of the problems that they have faced for the past 3 years. which is basically 0 5v5 scoring.

kredier should have been traded at the deadline if we are being honest. and in regards to mika just bc someone is going to sign him doesn't mean you do it!

I like Miller but I don't think Ottawa says yes to this. the extra picks and prospects are kinda a wash, and I think that for Ottawa, the difference in value between Chychrun and Miller is probably more than a 1st
