Tonight should be a good test to see if villardi can play c if he can then jets don’t really need a 2c at the deadline. Just giving lambert a game or two will 55 is gone would be cool

Bowness spoke about them seeing Vilardi at C and how uncomfortable he looked compared to being on the wing. I don’t think they view him as a C.

Unless they give Perfetti another look, they should be buying a 2C. I agree it would’ve been a perfect time to call up Lambert. Give him a shot at 2C between Ehlers and Perfetti. They’re getting 3rd line TOI anyways so he’s sheltered from tough matchups.

Jets don’t have an natural C on the team, to take that 2C slot…they need to make a trade.
