Caps can get a 2nd from Dowd from a lot of teams so think they'd rather send him out of the division. If you wanted him you had to make it a 1st or add another 2nd.

Frost seems like the type of guy the Flyers will try to avoid trading in the division for when we find out he's a 60-70 point a year player on a different team

Flyers pass, we aren't giving up Frost and Laughton with multiple years of retention for an AHL player, a 1st and 3rd that are 2 years away. Give us a legit prospect and the 2024 1st and we can talk.
