Wouldn’t give a first for Fabbro. Even with Faksa's salary going the other way. Don’t need Trenin. Moving Delly makes no sense if moving Faksa as well as Delly would be the one slotting in for Faksa

The Kings aren't going to give up their quality fourth-line center and half of their first-pairing penalty killer duo for picks at the deadline. Maybe in the summer if no extension can be reached, but not before.

Given the Canucks first would be late round, I could see the Canucks taking a gamble on Novak and if he works out signing him to a longer term in the summer. So, yes. Reasonable.

Giving first round picks for defensive defensemen is a mistake imo. Just like drafting two way guys in the first round is a mistake. Just my two cents
