If you're only going 5 years on Petey, I'd think it's going to be at a higher AAV but maybe. Also, I know Tanev is older but I'm not cure he's going to take a pay cut and only do two years. If he goes under $4M, he's probably going to want to get about 4 years which is, needless to say, tough to swallow. DeSmith may want a little more money.

One of the best C's in the league? That's the going rate but he'll probably want more years which cold bring he AAV down.

Cap is going up also. 12.5m is the minimum in my mind. Don't be surprised if he signs for 13m+.

13.5m x 8 years is my guess.
