If the Pens trade Jake then you would think they would listen on Karlsson. No idea what the trade will look like. Have at it!

Marner is completely untouchable for the Leafs, he is far too important to replace by proxy

Real Leafs fans want Marner off this team ASAP. Please take him, we will gladly take a 7th round pick

For Marner, you could prolly offer anything and Leafs Fans will say yes. I've heard some of them hate Marner.

      For EK65. Let's see...

      - Wennberg, Tolvanen, and Borgen (Retention on Wennberg and maybe on Borgen) (would probably be to make cap work)
      - Prospects (Let's just say Sale and maybe someone else)
      - 2024 1st
      - Conditional 2025 2nd (Condition can be smth like "if Seattle (smth about a playoff Position) in 2024 or 2025, pick becomes a 1st"
And it would probably be smth like that for the Base price

Now for retention, It'll vary on how much you want. If you're talking like 15% or smth, maybe either another 1st, a couple picks, or some kind of prospect (or smth along those lines)

If you're talking a larger price up to 50%, then alot probably (Prospects + Picks)

Now I'm hoping that it's reasonable enough along those lines. If it's not, well, I ain't an expert on this.

Marner would start with Beniers and other than that I don’t think that Seattle has any assets that would interest Toronto as they are not in the rebuilding phase

EK you are starting with 2024 1st and 2025 2nd.
Probably add in a B+ prospect.
Roughly what PIT paid to acquire him. The second would probably be conditional based on the level of the 2024 1st. As it stands now it's a near horizontal swap and I think everyone would be willing to do that.

If you want retention, you are going to have to look toward another team. PIT is already carrying 2 dead cap hit's next season. They aren't going to carry a 3rd for 3 years especially at any major amount.
They would probably take back an expiring contract to make the cap work, say Schultz and/or Wennberg just to clear the cap space.
