That is alot to give up a 4th line center...albeit probably the best 4th line center...

I like this deadline approach. Only comment is need retained on Dowd to get him at league min cap hit going forward for next year too as need to be able to squeeze in another somewehre.

Also a better back up would be ideal situation in my mind

MIN acquired Bogosian for a 7th rd pick. I feel like a 4th would be an overpay for a 7/8 rental Dman, especially considering his injury history the past few seasons. Somewhere in the middle would be a easier pill to swallow.
