- Dowd would get more than that.
- No way Jiricek gets traded, but value wise, that's a solid offer.

I would pass on that but I am admittedly very low on Krebs

First, WSH declines, Krebs was overhyped to make the Eichel trade look better. Second, this is not a playoff roster. BUF fans have become almost as delusional as TOR fans. BUF has seven (Skinner, Peterka, Benson, Mittelstadt, Olofsson, Krebs, and Quinn) undersized playmaking forwards, with varying degrees of skill, and questionable goaltending. At best BUF squeaks into the playoffs and gets absolutely mauled in the first round by Boston.

I don't think the size comparison to Boston is fair. On average, Boston players are 202lb and Buffalo is 201lb.

And buffalo has kulich, savoie, ostlund, and rosen- all first round picks, all knocking on the door, more undersized skill players. The Sabres are definitely missing a physical element, even the guys that are big don't lean on the other team. I expect that adams and granato aren't going anywhere, so there won't be any makeovers. I think they have their post season presser typed up already- a few key injuries at the wrong time led to missing the playoffs for a 13th consecutive season.

Peterka, Quinn, and Mittelstadt aren't undersized. Krebs & Olofsson aren't on this roster so that leaves 2 players and Skinner has proven that he can produce without being bigger. So much for your rant
