Not allowed to criticise the NYR self proclaimed God (according to fans).
With that said yes it is good to be reminded. At the time you could almost defend trading Buch (not for that abysmal return) because Kakko was suppose to step up there. But not signing Vatrano after what he did coming at the TDL especially when we seen the issue finding a Rw on the sisters line that works, that I could never understand. Never

The Vatrano trade makes sense.
I don't know about the Buch trade. If Buch is available, then STL will do a trade with NYR. TBH, I don't see STL moving Buch.
The NYR-STL trade could happen next year's trade deadline or in the off-season.
