Description

Canucks may need to play some LITR cap gymnastics with Soucy or another player who may get injured between now and the playoffs.

Seeler is an upgrade on Ian Cole in general, he's a penalty killing/shot blocking expert who can be a nice solid depth defenseman for a long playoff run.

Mantha is a potential power forward that can be tough to move out of the front of the net on the PP. He hasn't done well since joining Washington, but neither has that team. He's having a bounce back year, and maybe Tocchet can squeeze some effort out of him during the playoffs.

Canucks getting a little bigger, stronger and hopefully tougher to play against.
