The Flames could have had Necas had they sent Tkachuk to Carolina. That ship has obviously sailed. There really isn’t anyone on the Flames roster that the Canes would really be interested in moving Necas for. The only one that might interest the Canes enough would be Andersson, and frankly, I would guess the Canes would be looking for another piece in addition to Andersson if they move Necas for a dman.
