Rangers need a top line RW to get Wheeler out of the lineup. Kakko is a good 3RW

If they have assets leftover, then go for a 3C

I wouldn’t trade a 2nd alone for Sturm and Labanc. Besides, SJ only has one retention slot left.

Not even close for Kevin Hayes, it would cost the 1st round pick alone just to move Barclay Goodrow's contract.

Yeah this is weird. You're weird.

Maybe Goodrow + Korczak for Labanc + Sturm.

I think goodrow is good but is he worth that contract? I don’t think so. I just think it could be put to better use imho

Then I don't understand your need to make bad NYR trades. But I mean you can because it won't happen. Just strange. I guess your point is how bad you Kakko is then?

Nah I respectfully disagree. Depth forwards are a dime of dussin and much of that can be taken from Hartford. Cuylle, Brodz and Kakko as third line has looked great and many nights the last 5-6 games been their most consistent lines. If we want to highlight problems with this team it is the Mika, Kreider, Wheeler line. Mika and Kreider lack of 5 on 5 production.
