Not really, LA would love to sign him around there, he's is going to command upwards of $5-6M which is why we think he's headed back home to Detroit. If he signed a Mikey Anderson trade there would be no reason to move him.

Mittelstadt is rounding into a very nice player but the Kings don't need forwards with Kopitar, Danault and DuBois down the center and Byfield, Fiala, Moore and Kempe on the wings. If we trade Matt Roy to you, the guy we'll want back is Mattias Samuelsson.

Dubois is more of a problem than solution, they need to figure out a way out of that

"the way out of that" is to let him play his way into relevance, just like you guys did with Tage Thompson. As a veteran with over 400 NHL games under his belt, I don't think it will take DuBois the three seasons it took TT to become valuable.

I’ve actually thought Dubois has reacted the best since the firing, LA has a holistic problem. Once that is addressed they can deal with individual efforts.
