Also, u aren’t giving us anything we really want or that helps us
Mikheyev is good defensively, but he’d be taking Greenway’s spot in the lineup & he isn’t THAT much better
Plus, he’s got a bigger Cap hit

The rest of the pieces u offer are just kinda “blah” and don’t move the needle for us

Fair enough on not trading Greenway I agree. I'd do think Mikheyev will be worth it in the long run he is coming back from an ACL tear so this year the speed hasn't been what it once was. He's good in that he can play up and down the line up. I just wanted to get someone with a bit more toughness to be a bit of protection for Lindholm and Pettersson. But if the Value isn't there fair enough.

I don't think Van can afford to deal our 2nd next year 3rd this year is conditional to Calgary.

It’s really not the “value” that’s the issue
It’s just that Greenway is really just not a player the Sabres wanna move
He slides up & down the lineup for us too,
and is one of our few guys who provide physicality & solid 2way play

I really didn’t like him at first, but he’s even grown on me
And like i said before, I’m sure our coach loves him
