Buffalo probably declines, there seems to be some disagreement on whether Faulk is good target. Scandella and Leddy don't waive I would imagine.

I like the concepts for the Blues, but likely would have to be tweaked in real life.

The value, to me at least, didn't matter because TOR shouldn't be targeting a guy like Scandella anyway.

For a 5th or 4th wouldnt really care. Anything higher yes.
