    Detroit isn't wasting a roster slot for a lousy 4th round pick that's still 2 drafts away. We'll use the on our own players thank you.

    Detroit only 2 retention slots left and several UFAs on expiring contracts. So I doubt they use one of those for a 4th round pick.

    -You're overvaluing Eberle or Borgen or Both. If a 1st+Holloway+ is the cost for a rental than the return needs to be better than Eberle. I don't hate him but that's an overpay to everyone who isn't a SEA fan.
    -You're undervaluing Ceci(Borgen is more of a lateral move with no chemistry)
    -Ebs is 3.75M salary, a 5th for 25% is enough for a non-playoff team with a retention spot
