Setting aside the fact that Seattle is unlikely to part ways with one of their alternate captains who still has term, how exactly are the Jets supposed to fit Gourde's $5.1 cap hit on the team next year?

I think a Tanev trade is for picks and a Hanifin trade gets a player back.

If you want a player back for Tanev, it will probably ly be a player + a 3rd
