San Jose needs prospects and draft picks, not a 32 year old pending UFA defenseman

However, the good news for you is that the 2nd rounder alone should be enough to nab Duclair.

The 2nd alone is too much for Duclair.

Sharks have no interest in a Veteran D-Man, and quite frankly, don't see the Rangers wanting to dump him.
