Initial Creation Date: Feb. 20, 2024

Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Read the comments on my last post and made the trades a little more realistic, Laughton would be a definite upgrade over domi at 3c, I traded Brodie for tanev, they both have a strong defencive game but tanev plays more physically and is right handed which are two things the leafs need, and seeler would be a great fit for the leafs 3rd pair

That's odd -- that's more than we're asking for or expecting for Ilya Lyubushkin, and inasmuch as we Anaheim guys are pretty honest and consistent about things like this, I wonder what led you astray.

Lajoie is of no real interest to us because we're overloaded with quality youngsters at LhD and Helleson, Luneau and Warren obviate any interest we might have in Timmins. The two draft picks are sufficient for Ilya even though we Ducks fans would hate to see him go.

Lajoie is basically just salary filler and Timmins is injured right now so he wouldn’t be any help until he returns, I gave them the third and fourth to kinda compensate for that, plus I really liked lybushkin when he was on the leafs

Considering hes in every Leaf trade possible, and always getting back dmen in return, it makes me question if Timmins has any value really.

He was picked up for another scrub by TOR, and on his 4th team in 4-5 years and still unable to play defense, makes me question who would really want him, or if he has any value higher than a 5th.

Lajoie and Lagesson are waiver wire guys, and I highly doubt theres teams out there seeking them or placing real value on them.

The package to PHI might be enough for Laughton, with 3 yrs retained, but waiting 3 yrs for picks and robertson/lajoie probably doesn;t do much for PHI

Timmins is valueless. He’s waiver wire fodder too.
