Description
Jake and Ned traded at 2024 TDL……just going to make it easy and say it was draft picks and a decent but nothing special bottom six.
The big 3 plus Karlsson are told 2025 will be painful. If they buy in, make 2026 a last hurrah, or they can choose to be TDL piece for next year. Only way these guys win again is as old guys brought on to supplement strong team (Crosby being the exception). Hopefully 2026 brings some FA’s and 2025 TDL bring in some good NHL young guys with Term

        K so why are the blues paying a 2nd then when they are doing the pens a favor

        Don't see any reason for the blues to be trading their own 2nd for Smith. Right now I think we are over achieving due to our goalies. Rather keep the 2nd and look for a younger player instead or just use the pick in the draft

        I picked Blues just because they were in playoff position. It doesn't have to be them, could be any contender. Smith would rather be in Vegas, but I think he would be happy getting out of Pittsburgh to any team that is in the playoffs
