Considering what Tampa paid last year for Tanner Jeannot, nothing surprises me anymore. The Bolts lost a big chunk in Sergachev. They will want to have a defender who can handle all aspects and who can especially shake.

Avs decline. Cap doesn't work and they aren't giving up RyJo (regardless of what anyone thinks of him) to leave an even bigger hole at C to fill for a back up G they can't afford.
