Elite 2-way wingers on a 2 year contract under 3M aren't cheap and will move the needle for EDM.
How much faith you have in Holland drafting decent players with those 2 firsts (if he doesn't retire).

Haven't ever said myself that I have faith in Holland, but those 2 first rounders and a teams top prospect should give something more than that

What are you thinking, I'm more keen on getting a big name top 6 or RHD with them (cap dependent).

Broberg won't be included in any trade for a rental. If Oilers could chat with Buch about an extension, 100% he'd be included.

Buch isn't a rental, he has another year on his contract.

Ceci isn't a dump, he'd probably fill nicely as a stop-gap for you guys next year.

I'd swap Bourgault and Akey between these two deals, a STL fan said they'd rather a Dman anyways.

That is a non-discussion if you view Broberg that highly, because i'd imagine most on the outside do not.

As to why I didn't put him in this deal; it's moreso how Holland views him too (doesn't want to trade him unless the price is perfect).
Would do Akey with the same picks though, he's a RHD prospect we have thats also B-Range.
