Pretty sure Philly can’t retain on both contracts (they are on Hayes I believe) but yes, they would do this.

Philly isn't retaining on Seeler and honestly I doubt they move him without a crazy return. Am I missing something with Holloway, his numbers are extremely underwhelming. I think they would do a 2nd and Holloway for Walker but not for both.
