I believe Edmonton is one of those teams that Tarasenko is willing to go to.

Regardless, I could see Edmonton and Ottawa doing something given Staios’ knowledge of the Oilers and the mutual respect between management teams.

I was thinking the same thing, but if we trade Chych then I think we need another LHD. I’m not sold on Branny and think he needs a fresh start somewhere. That would leave a nice spot for Broberg to develop and his age is ideal IMO. Plus he’s a really big boy. Klevin and him can battle it out for the last LD slot.

There's no spot for Broberg, we already have 2 LHDs too many

There's 2 positions that Ottawa really has no need at all, it's Center and LD

They should look for a RHD and 2-way wingers instead of another LHD. And maybe a goalie if they buy out Korpisalo
