I can't understand why Noah Hanifin would want to sign an 8x8 deal with a team that will be in total decline in 3-4 years, They're basically showing decline now.

Hanifin isn't signing for less than $7M and there is zero chance you can get that deal done without a 1st. At best you're going to need Isaac Howard as your centerpiece in that deal.
