Since when did Calgary have an interest in Mikheyev?
    From which source?
Canucks are not trading Lekkerimaki to Pitt for Crosby (that's a no-no).

Did you make that up? Calgary has enough middle 6 wingers for 2 teams.

Unless he started playing centre I'm guessing your Twitter source is wrong.

I could see a situation where we wanted Mikheyev instead of Kuzmenko in the Lindholm deal

Um ok? I'm happy we got Kuz, his personality is amazing, but it's not hard to see a situation where Conroy tried to get Mikheyev instead as he's more of an all around player at a lower cap hit.

    I agree with you.
I love Kuz when he was in Vancouver, and I'm hoping he's going to have a great success with Calgary this year and next year.
I don't know if Conroy has an interest in a player like Mikheyev.

None of us do. I was just suggesting a scenario where it might be possible. As it stands the Flames don't really have room for more wingers, especially one with term, unless it's a legitimate first liner. We're already using Sarangovich at center, Pelletier is day-to-day, Coronato is in the AHL and Greer should be back relatively soon, which will probably push Duehr back to the AHL.
