laugh That Pathetic offer for Noah Hanifin is blown away by a country mile. Tampa doesn't have the assets for Hanifin. And it's more delusional that Hanifin takes only a $1,000,000 raise to sign with Tampa.

Hanifin will need a little higher aav, but the deal isn't that far off if there's truth to the rumor that he only wants to sign w/Tampa. If that's the case it becomes more of. DeBrincat situation, where teams aren't going to throw huge offers at Calgary for 20 games+1 playoff run of Hanifin. If Tampa offers something close to the H. Lindholm and offers the '26 1st, '25 2nd, Roman Schmidt, one of Duke/Finley/Goncalves and let's say Perbix(if Tampa plans to trade for a rental RD like Lyubushkin or just promote one of Thompson or Crozier to full time 3RD), it may be the best offer that Calgary gets. Why would any team that believes he's just a rental move any of thelr top prospects for him, and Tampa isn't going to bid against themselves here.

I think we could go slightly higher there. Much higher if we plan on moving out Jeannot in the offseason.

You're welcome . It's actually a question I'd love to read a rational answer to.
