It’s a bit odd to think a 4/5 defenseman brings a cup to Canada.

I like it, of course try to see if a pick package of a 3rd and 2 5th's works or adding timmins or something before putting the first rounder in play, i did read the conditions though.

That doesn't get Borgen out of Seattle. The conditions are also garbage for them as well. They don't have a replacement player ready and would probably prefer to keep their steady shut down defensemen.
