CBJ say absolutely not. We're not a Pettersson away from competing, and those 3 pieces we're sending away should be franchise staples for the next 15+ years.

You can only give Guentzel and Reinhart 7 years, Both Lindholm and Guentzel get slightly more money. Tanev will probably get between $3,500,000 to $4,000,000 per for 2-3 years.

I am not sure the CBJ is the right fit for Pettersson, at least not for that package. CBJ probably does not trade Fantilli for Pettersson straight up, if you take age, contract and potential into account. Perhaps a package of Jiricek + Johnson + 1st + 2nd makes more sense.
