Mark Bergervin drives patches to the airport and personally escorts him to Buffalo where he takes the Buffalo players and goes in to hiding on the Appalachian trail for the grand theft he has committed.

It’s a yes

Essentially the trade is Patches for a good young line. I agree, Berfervin would ask for a police escort so he could hand over Patches and pick up Kane, Reinhart and Okposo before Botts changed his mind.

Really wow. I figured everyone would just **** on Kane, say Reinhart is a bust and say patches doesnt equal Okposo. Id still do it. Okposo frees up cap space to extend Eichel and Pacioretty, kanes on a tryout and Reinhart fits MTLs need and will probably equal Pacioretty's cap hit. Maybe just add something else coming back

As a habs fan, I would also do this... I would try to flip Kane for a dmen though and that would make this move awesome for the habs even if we loose our best scorer and Captain.

Montreal trades away their star left wing and an overpaid third centreman for a whole top line.

I'd say Montreal wins.
