I doubt that's what the leafs wind up doing, but a smart team will pick him up for somewhere around league min and reap the rewards. If we assemble a decent blueline this offseason, I like our odds with Woll and Murray

Thats a very risky goaltending tandem

Both seem to be injury prone and one wrong move and were down a goalie or heck both

Woll needs a proper backup/tandem buddy. Im fine with Murray as the #3 but we need someone to come in who if Woll's hurt again can play more than a normal backup

Either tandem is a recipe for a potential disaster down the road

A guy with 0 NHL experience, a young rookie goalie who seems to have injury issues at times or has struggled here and there, then Murray....

Im fine with Murray as the #3 but your gonna need a proper tandem/backup for Woll

Hildeby needs more cooking time as a 0.907 with the Marlies rn dont spell NHL backup for 20+ games

Doubtful but if Murray is fine with being with the Marlies for next season signing on a similar deal to Jones that would be perfect for us

He would be fine at the #3

As while we need to use a good chunk of the cap on Dman we still need to save some for a good goalie to

You're exactly right, but I'm actually from Geraldton in the Thunder Bay region so for simplicities sake I just say Thunder Bay

Northern Ontario is really underrated, such a beautiful place (I have cousins in Southern Ontario so we drive through it every other year or so on our way and I honestly like the drive despite how long it is just because of all the beautiful scenery)

Woll will have multiple NHL seasons under his belt+playoff games...

Hildeby's 6'7" and has very solid on a bad Marlies team (Nobody over a PPG and 5/8 in their division)

Murray would realistically be the #3 for next season if he wants to come back but I got a feeling hes gonna go home to Pitt as the backup

Despite all the rest with that man's injury history would not trust him to be there when needed

And if it was him and Woll as the tandem I would have serious concerns

While goalie's are voodo would rather get someone who can be relied on and whose injury history aint extensive. A Samsonov extension or bringing in Stolarz makes more sense. Will cost more but stability in net is important

Veeti Miettinen and St. Cloud Universities run ended today. Hoping he gets an ELC, one of my favourite pickups from that great 2020 draft. Always loved this kids game, hope he finally makes his way to Toronto

His KHL team Metallurg is still alive in the playoffs, but he's a lock for an ELC after their season is done. He is in the final year of his contract with the club.

He and Webber are the only real locks for ELCs right now. Id expect Lisowsky to get one too with his rights set to expire soon

The kid line has been annihilating its competition tonight. Holmberg and McMann have really found their footing. Wish Keefe saw this earlier because it's not like any of this is a surprise
