I dont wanna move Chychrun but he's being deployed so poorly and just isn't fitting right now. This Chychrun-Hamonic pair is just so bad. Please Martin just give me a few games of Sanderson-Chychrun to see if it could work long term. If that isn't a possibility, I just don't see the fit long-term

Whitecloud is on very cheap deal for long term, is a right handed defencemen and is one of the best third paring D-men in the league in my opinion. He’s the type of players teams need to win a Stanley cup

He had a bad night. Re pair him and move on. Hamonic also had a bad night but I don’t blame him completely for Chychrun’s game tonight to be fair.

Our goaltending situation is beyond streaky… it’s a serious problem, I’m not going to say either goalie is bad, but it requires a shake up.

The problem is Chabot-Chychrun just doesn't work so I think he has to play on the right of Sanderson if he is going to fit in the top 4. If that doesn't work they could try and stack the left side but I wouldn't want to pay Chychrun 7+ million to play 3rd pair when he'll be behind 2 minute munchers in Chabot and Chychrun.

You can’t have 23 million on the left side with the Chychrun extension but patience is key to maximize the return. The 3rd pair has to be physical (e.i. Kleven next year and a FA who’s physical and shut down on the right side). 2 puck mover PP QBs and 2 defensive specialists paired together in the top 4.

completely agree on your makeup of the blueline. There is no rush to move Chychrun but I think if Sens get a solid offer at the deadline, they have got to take it. While patience is important we lose leverage very quickly if we take too long to make a deal.

Correct. I just worry about packaging Tank and him for an underwhelming return. It’s 2 separate deals at the deadline.

4 puck moving LHD with Zub and JBD is skilled but chaotic, add the youth factor and you can see where the problem lies.
