Description

NSH Trade: Proposed this before and it seems close, upgraded the 2nd to a conditional 1st*.
Novak ~ XB
Carrier ~ 2nd* and 3rd
Ceci for Cap reasons (no, he is not a dump but a neutral asset).

WSH Trade: Dowd is worth ~2nd and Lind ~3rd (?), first is to cover the cost of both players. Included Niem as a little bit extra if it helps (not sure what your LHD is looking like but he's similar to Desh on EDM right now). Could maybe include a late pick due to retention.

Lindgren and Dowd are both fantastic targets for team needs - I think a very worthy combo to spend a 1st and other pieces on.

I think the Carrier/Novak trade fills some team needs too.
A RHD upgrade for Nurse is a need atm and having Novak frees up Mcleod to the 2nd line where he was a PPG player over the 12 game stretch.
