That's $15m in dead cap money and Karlsson is much better than any other $5m RD available. He's probably fair value at $7.5m/yr. at least. Not sure FSG would ever accept that amount of dead money, but it would have to be a much more appealing package for Dubas to justify it. I would expect Karlsson at 50% retained will be very appealing.
