No chance Vegas is trading him for Smith, but the amount of overrating of prospects on this site is mind numbingly astounding. Brisson is a B at best prospect. He's 22 with NOTHING unique. His production is OK, but nothing special at the college or AHL level and he hasn't shown great growth nor become an established NHL player yet.

Tampa Bay declines. They'll keep the younger player in Cernak, who also fills a bigger need in a healthy Tampa Bay lineup.

Cernak signed longer plays a more important position is better, younger and only slightly more expensive.
