I don’t know if both teams would accept. Would all these draft picks be worth trading? if both teams would agree, this team on paper look deadly

Why does Tarasenko get more than toffoli with significantly worse production and a full NMC that prevents Ottawa from trading him anywhere he doesn’t want to go?
