I do think if we do trade Nelson this year we should retain 50% to maximize value, hell I would be finding sending a 3rd to another team if it increases the return

Isles have so much crazy term, not sure where the idea of the percentage of massive term contracts get better with age, I swing a little larger, to gain some future room. Isles should be in play in free agency, so not sure one would handcuff the squad so far into future. Seems to be a shortage of solid rhd dman around the league, so possibly an extreme sell high on dobson, or a mid to high sell of pulock, reset the deck some what. Don’t mind me a pet peeve of so much term and pushing the blame onto the players instead of the mediocre to poor management.
