Description

- Always been a fan of Debrusk but he isn’t producing consistently as a Top6 forward and there are reports that contract talks aren’t going anywhere. We can’t lose him for nothing.
- Obvious connection to Edm is his dad but it also makes sense too to add a potential top 6-9 forward to make a run with their core.
- Holloway fits a need for us as we get a big young forward, I just dont know if Edm is willing to move him.
- Another option would be adding him ti a package for Hanifin but if Hanifin is going to take a haul Id rather make a run at him in the offseason and add a young forward for Jake Debrusk
- Admittedly, I don’t know what the true value for Holloway is with Edmonton so if the trades far off just pretend I didnt post this..

I would accept as an Oil fan, but if a 3rnd involved, need 1/2 retained to make salary fit for Oilers

I refuse from EDM's POV. Value probably isn't horribly far off (or at least depends on your view of Holloway's value), but EDM needs to fill out a talented roster and doing so requires cheap, young Fs.
