Why would the Avs give up a 1st for Nico Sturm. He left the Avs at the end of 2022. Pretty sure Avs will say No..

They're not giving up a 1st for Sturm. Getting rid of Johansen's contract's worth around a 2nd, so they're giving up a 1st for Sturm, the equivalent of a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.

Never happen.... Sturm is over paid at 2million for multiple years, might be worse then RyJo at least he is productive on PP, great at faceoffs and could be decent 3rd liner on a slower pace line...
