You know how teams pick a guy on their team and run them out of town? And then once that guy is gone they just pick another guy and do the same thing. Leafs fans are somehow picking Brodie this year. Which is one of the dumbest options they could have picked. Brodie is playing almost 22 minutes a game and a is a +17. He is playing top pair defense minutes on a very solid team. He should be closer to 20 minutes a game to be at his best, but at worst he is a #4 dman on a cup team. Far from hot garbage. Leaf fans are just Leafing.

Ok, based on what I saw from leafs fans on twitter it seemed like he playing terrible. figured it would be worth a change of scenery

It's when he is paired with Rielly, they just don't work well together. Moving him back to his normal LD and pairing him with Liljegren he has played really good.
