It looks a little overpaid from Florida IMO, but it might be a good trade if they find a way to sign him.

Or, if Weekes is right, if they keep him from Boston or Tampa. It isn't a bad point. The Panthers have a real shot to win the Cup this year, from the NHL roster it would be a simple swap of Hanifin in and Mikkola out.
