I don’t know how to quantify the value of Middleton. Hes better than Forbort, but I think a material jump would is more probable via free agency

Can't say Broberg would be of much interest to the Wild, they have a lot of defense in their prospect pool they'll need to start playing soon. A 2nd in 2 years? If that's the best offer, the Wild will just keep Middleton and see what the market looks like in the summer or trade deadline.
