he has been playing the right side for awhile now and been playing better there. Buffalo's AGM has also been to multiple games already where he has been playing the right side. i wouldnt count it out so fast

Also, u guys can’t afford Mitts under your Cap moving forward. Not without making some major moves to get rid of Cap.

The Avs can easily afford to get him, and pay him 6.5-7 mill for 5-6 years. he might even take a discount knowing he will be competing for a cup year in and year out. Paying him for his next contract will be easy

the Avs would be moving out almost 8 mill with ryjo/byram and taking back mitts even at 7 mill they would have around 4 mill to fill out a couple roster spots. their core players are all signed you might have to make an additional move to free up 1-2 mill but it could easily work

It is quite remarkable that so many Sabre fans would say no to THIS trade.
It was my over site to not write a comment to your post earlier, this would have a great deal for Buffalo.
After watching Byrum for two games, even one for one Buffalo won easily, adding a first was way over the top and yet so many blind Sabre fans said NO!
