final deadline

Description
My final ACGM before the deadline. IMO this would be about the best they could do this year, 3 big moves. Wennberg gives them a 3c and the report is the asking price is a 2nd + lower tier prospect and then another 5th for an third party retention. I tried to base the value for Chychrun and Sharangovich based on their trades within the last year. Both OTT and CGY in this instance are getting pretty substantial returns that would be more than they paid for both players. If that is enough, TBD but I feel the value is pretty fair.
The moves give the Rangers a lot of flexibility with how they ice their top 9 and obviously Chychrun can take Lindgren's spot on the top pair and would be a pretty sizable upgrade there.
