No point to including Lundestrom or the fourth in that deal. Henrique with retention = the first; Meyers = the cap space resulting from taking Johansen off your hands.

I don't know if you are overvaluing Meyers or undervaluing the Johansen cap hit. I want a 2nd to take that 4M personally and Meyers is no where close to a 2nd in value.

I think the point is that Lundestrom is an upgrade over whoever we have as 4C. the Retention of Lundestrom is for the 4th rounder and the inclusion of Meyers is basically just so we can fit Lundestroms contract in.
